New Clients

New clients and pets are always welcome at Harbor Animal Hospital.

Take advantage of our Monday walk-in hours or call us at 847-746-1915 to schedule a visit!


Release and Transfer of Medical Records

Does your pet have a previous veterinarian? If so, our team can work with you to request and transfer your pet's medical records over to us. Fill out the request form and submit it to the hospital to get the process started.


Appointment Policy

A scheduled visit is now required Monday - Saturday. Scheduled visits help us keep our hospital running smoothly with little to no wait times, and gives our doctors ample time with each pet. And, we've made it easy to schedule appointments online by using the PetDesk app! Find our more about the app here.

Emergency cases never require an appointment. Bring your pet in right away and give us a call beforehand if at all possible.


Patient Arrival Policy

Proper restraint is required to ensure the safety of all clients, patients, and staff members at our facility.

Dogs must arrive on a leash or in a carrier. Cats must arrive in a carrier.

Payment is required in full at the time services are rendered. This allows Harbor Animal Hospital to provide patients with the highest quality services and care.
