On Monday, June 7th, we are modifying our curbside pet appointment services. Here's what you can expect:
When you arrive, please remain in your car and call us at 847-908-9328 so we know you've arrived.
You will then be offered a choice between an in-person or a curbside visit. If you elect to join your pet(s) for an in-person visit.
Only one human to accompany pet(s) into the building lease expect to have your temperature checked and answer a few COVID related questions.
While in an exam room, please remain seated to maintain social distancing.
Masks are not required if you are fully vaccinated. Masks are required for anyone not fully vaccinated for the duration of their visit.
The following services are remaining curbside for the time being:
Medication and food pick-ups.
If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or have COVID-like symptoms, please remain at home and reschedule your appointment. If you have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive person within the past 10 days, please remain at home and reschedule your appointment. Please know how much we appreciate you, and stay healthy!
