Appointment Policy
A scheduled visit is now required Monday – Saturday. Scheduled visits help us keep our hospital running smoothly with little to no wait times, and gives our doctors ample time with each pet. And, we’ve made it easy to schedule appointments online by using the PetDesk app! Find our more about the app here.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please contact us immediately at 847-746-1915. While we will make every effort to accommodate your pet’s needs, there may be times when we recommend referring you to a nearby emergency hospital for specialized care.

Release and Transfer of Medical Records
Does your pet have a previous veterinarian? If so, our team can work with you to request and transfer your pet’s medical records over to us. Fill out the request form and submit it to the hospital to get the process started.
