Dr. Kinroth was amazing! My Bulldog won't allow anyone to touch his feet without trying to bite them, so he's had to be completely sedated in the past in order to trim his nails (I've been to multiple veterinarians who've tried many different combinations of sedatives and tricks and nothing worked). Due to his age and heart, it's becoming more risky to have him put under. Dr. Kinroth and her team took their time and managed to get the job done today without full sedation...I nearly fell over when they walked him back into the exam room with normal nails! I highly recommend Dr. Kinroth, thank you so much!!
Dr.Kinroth and Julia are excellent! I have been to a few other vet clinics and Harbor Animal Hospital tops in customer service. The staff are friendly and attentive. I feel that my pets are truly cared for by Dr.Kinroth. She listens to my concerns, answers any questions, and explains why things are being done when options are given as far as treatments. I am thankful for Julia as she explains the treatment instructions at the end of the visit to make sure I understand how to properly treat my pet at home. I never feel rushed by the staff and truly appreciate all that you do. Thank you all for caring!!!
The entire staff and Harbor Animal hospital is great!!!!! They are very passionate about what they do and empathetic to your needs for your animals. Their lead vet tech. Alyssa is the perfect person for that position. She’s very sweet kind and good to the animals. She’s done a great job with my most recent two cats that have adopted a one year-old and a new kitten. My wife and I have 5 dogs and we bring all of them to Harbor. They are so familiar and down to earth. They helped us understand our dogs and don't just throw fruitless solutions at you. We like to schedule our visits in the mornings because we usually get the most helpful vet tech of them all: Haley. She bonds with your animal and actually knows her job! We had bad experiences with other vets in Kenosha and we decided it's worth the drive south to come here. The military discount helps too!!
